Any number of guests are welcome, allowing all who have contributed to the organisation’s achievements to celebrate their success. Although only one person receives the award on stage you can book a group photo to capture the team together.

All RoSPA Members are eligible for a 10% discount on their ticket price. Please login to your membership website account to make the purchase.

  Yes – for both daytime and evening proceedings, our events are for people aged 18 and over.

No, only tables of 10 are available.Orders over 10 tickets will be seated over more than one table, with efforts made to place them nearby where possible, though this caanot be guaranteed. Orders for less than 10 tickets will share a table with delegates from other organisations.
   

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform RoSPA as soon as possible by emailing awards@rospa.com. If a gala dinner seat or photo has been booked an administration/cancellation charge may apply, as per the Terms and Conditions.  

We encourage all RoSPA Award winners to publicise their achievements. For this purpose, an access code and full instructions on how to download your winners’ pack containing the appropriate award logo file is included in the ‘Result Notification and Winners’ Information’ email sent to the lead contact.  

A suggested press release for winners to share with local media to promote your achievement and to raise your company profile will also be included in your winners’ pack. Please forward this to the person dealing with your PR and Marketing. Do not return this to RoSPA, as we will be issuing our own press releases to local and trade press. Organisations that want to promote their award can contact the RoSPA press office at pressoffice@rospa.com.  

The JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel was built in 1927 and has many steps. Hotel security will be at the entrance to the event and can support guests who require an alternative route. RoSPA provide a ramp for access to the stage, and the steps have a handrail. We encourage guests requiring step free access to advise us in advance of the event so they can be greeted by a member of RoSPA staff on arrival to ensure the upmost level of support, these can be sent to awards@rospa.com  

We do not disclose the menu choice in advance of the ceremony, as we like to keep this a surprise for our guests. During the booking process, please ensure you notify us of any dietary requirements when asked to do so we can ensure these are accommodated on the night. These can be sent to awards@rospa.com
