Your London Award Ceremony

Daytime Awards Ceremony | JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel London – The Ballroom  

Your award will be presented in the Ballroom during the daytime ceremony.

You’re welcome to bring as many colleagues, friends, and supporters as you’d like to share in your success. Informal seating will be available so your guests can comfortably watch the presentation and celebrate as your nominated representative collects the award on your organisation’s behalf.

The dress code for the day is smart business wear. No jeans or casual attire.

Timings

9:00 AM – Doors open - Guests are welcome to arrive.

10:00 AM – Check-in begins 

All award winners will receive a designated presentation group and check-in time. If you don’t have your time with you when you arrive, please speak to a member of the RoSPA team, who will be able to assist.

Note: Only one person per award will be invited to check-in and go on stage to collect the award. Seating will be available in the Ballroom for your colleagues and team members to join in celebrating your achievement, as it represents a collective team effort.

10:15 AM – 3:30 PM – Awards presentation - Awards will be presented throughout this time.

Additional information:

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your designated check-in time
• The Ballroom foyer cloak room will be available for securely storing coats, bags and luggage
• Wait in the Ballroom until your presentation group is called for check-in
• Only the nominated person should report to the check‑in desk when their presentation group number is announced
• Check‑in for each presentation group will close 10 minutes after opening
• Help keep delays to a minimum by adhering to the rule of 'one person per award'
  • The nominated person seating area which is located directly in-front of the stage is reserved exclusively for those preparing to go on stage, all other guests should stay in the informal seating area
  • We will endeavour to present your award within 40 minutes of registration
